In 2017 the Collaborate to Compete Regional Symposium will explore the theme Strong City Strong Region to highlight the close connection between Central Cities and the Metropolitan Regions that surround them. 

Examining the essence of these connections will be the focus of keynote speakers and discussion panels over evening and morning events at the Westin Hotel, Ottawa:
  • Wednesday May 31, 2017       6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
  • Thursday June 1, 2017            8:00 a.m. to noon

This event immediately precedes the Annual National Convention of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities June 1-4, 2017 at the Shaw Convention Centre in Ottawa.
